Some people think that the automobile has improved modern life. Others think that the automobile has caused serious problems. What is your opinion? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

There is a public debate nowadays on the issue of the effect of automobile. Different people hold different views due to their respective angles.Considering my experience,personality and education, I would definitely claim that the benifits of automobile
exceed its problems.In the following discussion, I would like to reason and give examples to hold my opinion.

The essential reason can be seen by everyone is that automobile has increased the efficiency of transportation system.Increasing number of people travel everywhere by automobile. More and more goods is transited by automobile.Milk,vegetable and beer are carried from factories and companies in all country even foreign country. It is take less time to drive to work than walk.

Another chief and key reason the I hold my point is that the development of automobile industry boost the development of science and technology. Sharing the increasing market of automobile, all manufacturers such as Ford ,GE,  Honda and so on take part in competition and invest lot of fund in research  of new  material and  technology . The new material and technology coming from The research centers and institutes sponsored by automobile companies had been applied widely in other industries.

Although automobile has caused serious problems such as traffic accident and pollution, there is many solutions for these problem.Nothing is perfect. Good traffic regulations and new energy such sun-energy can help us overcome these problems.

From what has been discussed above, in spite of different problems，there is no denying fact that automobile has become indiscerptible part of our society and improved modern life.We should make full use of advantages of automobile and try our best to avoid disadvantages.
